Who is a feminist?

Yes, this important question needs to be addressed.  

Feminist is a person who demands equal rights,  opportunities and facilities to a woman same as that a man enjoys. A Feminist proclaims divorce rights, financial independence, right to remarry without social pressure, equal paycheck, menstruation equality,  equal career opportunities etc., the facilities that has been enjoyed by men in vedic culture. 

Without aware of the consequences, these kind of people, create a class of morally degraded woman. For example,  man may cheat a woman is still expected to be faithful.  Men may re marry after divorce,  women who remarries will be criticised. They couldn't comprehend any reasonable cause, for these kind of beliefs which our vedic Culture taught us. 

Often,  people get confused with poor abandoned women who are working for living, as Feminist or a women who works to support family in crisis or compensate the expenses. No, these women are not feminist. 

Feminism is social cancer. These type of women come into Kṛṣṇa consciousness,  they demand brahmacarini ashram, Female diksha guru, Female leadership,  equal service opportunities.  

īśāvāsyam idam sarvaṁ

yat kiñca jagatyāṁ jagat

tena tyaktena bhuñjīthā

mā gṛdhaḥ kasya svid dhanam

Everything animate or inanimate that is within the universe is controlled and owned by the Lord. One should therefore accept only those things necessary for himself, which are set aside as his quota, and one should not accept other things, knowing well to whom they belong. Isopanisad 1

The human race should take the Vedic wisdom of Śrī Īśopaniṣad and not quarrel over material possessions. One must be satisfied with whatever privileges are given to him by the mercy of the Lord.

Food for one is poison for another. Feminist prove themselves wrong by making them inferior for being women or superior only if they attain status equal as that of men, indirectly hinting men are superior. If the position of women is superior why not just be satisfied in themselves. 

Krsna Himself declares, women belong to lower birth in Bhagavad Gita 9.32 

mam hi partha vyapasritya
ye 'pi syuh papa-yonayah
striyo vaisyas tatha sudras
te 'pi yanti param gatim

Papa yonayah, those who give birth to sins or who become the cause of sin. They are more susceptible to perform sin than higher classes of people. That's the reason,  women are restricted than men. Papa yoni doesn't only mean sinful birth or inferior. 

Feminist are women who are disobedient to men, or who outrageously declare why a woman need be obedient to a man. This is mentality of a sinful person. 

SB 4.18.5, Translation and Purport: 

A foolish person who manufactures his own ways and means through mental speculation and does not recognize the authority of the sages who lay down unimpeachable directions is simply unsuccessful again and again in his attempts.

The root of sin is deliberate disobedience of the laws of nature through disregarding the proprietorship of the Lord. Disobeying the laws of nature or the order of the Lord brings ruin to a human being. Conversely, one who is sober, who knows the laws of nature, and who is not influenced by unnecessary attachment or aversion is sure to be recognized by the Lord and thus become eligible to go back to Godhead, back to the eternal home. A woman who is disobedient creates havoc in the family and society. Feminist are class of people disobedient to God. Therefore feminism is materialism. Sense gratification not only means enjoyment of gross senses but also to act independently of laws of nature.  

The first duty of a wife, is to be obedient to her husband. Everything else is subservient to that rule. Of course, we expect the men to be higher class not lower class. In that case, disobedient to sinfulness is actually obedience to the Godhead. If men themselves violate from the laws of nature, the situation is even more pathetic.  Generally all the scriptural injunctions are primarily addressing men.
